Who is responsible for your information
Inneuvate operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@inneuvate.io.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, company name, and information you submit through the contact form or EIC readiness assessment.
- Your calculated score, result tier, priorities, assessment version, and whether you ask Inneuvate to contact you about the result.
- Messages you send to us and records of contact-form or assessment-related follow-up.
- Limited technical and security information processed by our hosting providers, such as request timestamps, IP addresses, and diagnostic logs.
How and why we use it
- To calculate, display, and retain the assessment result you request.
- To reply to messages you send through the contact form.
- To maintain a contact, message, and assessment history so we can understand prior interactions and improve the service.
- To protect the website, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- To contact you about your assessment only when you explicitly request that follow-up.
We process information needed to answer a message or provide the assessment at your request, pursue our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, comply with legal obligations, and act on your consent where you request email follow-up. We do not add contact-form or assessment participants to a newsletter or general marketing list.
Assessment scoring
The assessment applies published, rule-based criteria to your answers. The score determines the result and whether an option to request follow-up is shown. It is indicative only and does not make a legal or similarly significant decision about you.
Service providers and international processing
We use Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for contact-form, assessment, and CRM storage, Sanity for website content where applicable, and Google Workspace or Gmail for replies and follow-up you request. These providers may process information in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual and legal safeguards for those transfers.
Retention
We generally retain inactive assessment and contact records for up to 24 months after the latest activity. We may keep information longer where an active business relationship, legal obligation, dispute, or necessary suppression record requires it. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your information, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw a follow-up request at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email privacy@inneuvate.io to exercise these rights.
You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work. If you are in the Netherlands, this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information collected through this website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
