For deep tech looking beyond their borders
The power of a sales team. The focus of one.
For deep tech teams who want to reach the conversations that matter sooner, without the admin. AI-built, hand-run: we think through the strategy together, then I build the system, run it and keep it improving.

Run by Brock de WoldeBased in Paris. Not an agency. A sparring partner who also does the work.
Deep tech deals are slow. Getting on the radar can't be.
Europe isn't in your network.
Your best deals came through people who knew you. In Europe, almost no one does yet, so every conversation starts cold.
It's all in your head.
What you offer, the objections buyers raise, how to answer them, and who to talk to. Only you know it, so a sales hire spends months guessing.
You get there late.
Budgets, pilots and consortia are decided months before anyone calls you. Sell only when you find the time, and you arrive after the decision.
The system I build and run for you.
Six parts, one loop. We decide together what to switch on first.
Weekly loop
Every reply and data point sharpens the other six.
01 Positioning
Who you need to influence, what you offer them, and the message that makes them reply.
02 Target list
The right accounts, at the right time.
03 Network
Leveraging and expanding your existing network.
04 Ghostwriter
Emails, articles and posts in your voice.
05 Website
Backs up every conversation.
06 Deal desk
Prep, proposals and follow-up, to the end line: signed.
My own outreach runs on this same system.
Find what's holding sales back. Fix it. Keep it running.
Know your buyers, then sell the way they buy. AI does the research and the first drafts. I do the thinking, the selling and the judgement calls.
Foundation
I learn how you win clients today, fix the weakest link and get the first outreach live.
- Positioning, buyer profile and target list
- Site, content and pipeline audit
- First messages and content live
- First results, and a 90-day plan for what comes next
Sprints
The system runs every week and gets sharper on real replies. You see what works and what to drop.
- A sparring session every two weeks
- A strategy check every quarter
- Outreach, content and site kept improving
Handover or expand
When you hire, I train them and hand over the system, so nothing is lost. Or we take what works to a new market.
- Your first hire trained
- Playbook and system handed over
- Or a new market opened
Three teams a quarter.
I work with three deep tech teams at a time, so each one gets my full attention.
- Yours to keep
- The lists, the playbook and the system stay with you and your first hire.
- Priced to your scope
- The price depends on how many channels and markets we cover. We set it on the call.
- Your data and tools
- You pay for them directly.

Who runs it
Brock de Wolde
I've spent my career selling for other people: positioning tech companies at a branding agency, then growing partnerships for global consumer brands. This is the system I wished I'd had in every one of those roles, built for teams who still do the selling themselves.
I'm Canadian, based in Paris, and I work in English and French, inside your tools, like a fractional member of your team. One person who cares whether the deal actually closes.
Off the clock: mountains (I grew up near the Rockies), rock n roll, and enjoying life with my lady.
From first hello to signed deal. Done before.
- €1.5M+
- In new business won, from first meeting to signature.
- €750k+
- Annual quota met on existing accounts, two years running.
- McDonald's, Lufthansa, Rituals
- Brands I've won and run.
Before you book.
Is this a one-off project?
No. It starts with a setup, then I run it with you every week.
How much of my time does it take?
About two hours to kick off, then around an hour a week. You approve anything that goes out under your name, until you are happy to let it run.
What happens after?
Two good endings. You hire someone, and I train them and hand over the system. Or it works well enough that we take it to a new market. Either way, the lists, the playbook and the system are yours.
Let's find your first European pilot.
No deck. You leave with a short plan of what I'd fix first, whether we work together or not.
